Meet Our Para-professionals

The Firm currently employs eight paraprofessionals whose duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Preparation of petitions, schedules, statement of affairs, and other documents consistent with the requirements of the United States Trustee. Under the direction and supervision of the attorney the paraprofessionals prepare and draft motions and applications and other documents, including, but not limited to, the following: Application for authorization to employ professional persons, applications for compensation of attorney, stipulations, motions for authorization to sell assets of the estate, motions to incur new debt, applications for order shortening time, amendments to schedules, notices of hearings, and any other documents which may appropriately be drafted at the paraprofessional level.
